Announcement: Spaceposium Global Space Expo for Students 2024
Join us as we launch into an immersive educational adventure—the Spaceposium Global Space Expo for Students, slated for October 28 to 31, 2024.
Students and Teachers will experience a live telecast of expo activities, beamed straight from the historic venues of the Kennedy Space Center, Johnson Space Center, Space Center Houston, and a host of pivotal NASA landmarks. But the journey doesn’t stop there—many planetariums and prestigious institutions such as the Smithsonian and other eminent space-related museums around the globe will also open their doors, contributing to this grand educational odyssey.
Embracing a variety of digital platforms like Zoom, Big Marker, Google Meets, and more, the Expo ensures an all-inclusive portal to the universe of space exploration. We are bringing the cosmos to potentially millions of STEM students and educators across the world, direct to their classrooms or homes.
Our 500-year archival mission is to capture and preserve the saga of humanity’s foray into space. The event will feature:
- Dynamic photographs and videos chronicling key moments in space exploration.
- Intricate engineering diagrams and detailed specifications that outline the backbone of space machinery.
- Mission logs, reports, and papers that have recorded the history of space expeditions.
- Oral histories and testimonies from astronauts, engineers, and other critical figures in space exploration.
As we honor the legacy of space exploration, the Spaceposium Global Space Expo for Students 2024 will also serve as a live laboratory of learning. With panel discussions, workshops, and a slew of educational activities, we will stoke the curiosity and passion for space in a new generation.
